Bio

Sergio Gómez is a filmmaker and photographer known for creating polished, story-driven visuals for couples, brands, and communities across the U.S. and Colombia. Born in Colombia and raised between two cultures, he developed an early sensitivity to human stories that now defines his work. He began his journey at the AJA Project, learning to use a camera as a tool for connection, and went on to build a career spanning international weddings, event filmmaking, brand promotions, and documentary work. His experience includes intimate celebrations, large productions, magazine features, and collaborations with global brands. Sergio’s style blends technical precision with a warm, human approach—clean visuals, authentic emotion, and a cinematic sense of timing. Whether documenting a wedding, elevating a brand, or capturing the energy of a live event, he brings a consistent focus on connection, narrative, and contemporary visual design. As director of the Sepaces documentary, he continues to expand his craft through purpose-driven storytelling, reconnecting with his roots and amplifying voices that deserve to be seen.
